We love this super crisp and crunchy salad recipe! If you’re still looking for a small appetizer for your Thanksgiving feast, may we suggest something healthy! Not only is this quick dish refreshing and delicious, it’s actually really great for your teeth too: Eating apples produces more saliva in your mouth, which can help rinse away bacteria and food debris in your mouth. Carrots are also super good for your teeth as they act as natural abrasives that stimulate your gums and eliminate plaque from your teeth!

We think the whole family will enjoy this quick and easy fall recipe.
